2GO Limited (trading as Spares2go) is an independent, family-run supplier of home-appliance spare parts, based in Hampshire on the south coast of England.
Founded in 2003 by Desmond Coffey, 2GO Limited began life as a small mail-order operation supplying parts for washing machines and cookers to independent engineers across the south of England. Twenty-two years on, we still operate from Hampshire, we still answer our own phones, and we still care more about matching the right part to the right customer than we do about volume.
The business was incorporated at Companies House on 8 March 2003 under company number 04665213, with the registered SIC code 47910 — retail sale via mail-order houses or via the internet. In everyday terms, that means we are an internet and telephone retailer of appliance spare parts and accessories. We hold no physical shopfront: everything we sell is picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Milton.
Our catalogue is built specifically around the parts that fail. Every entry has been added because either an engineer asked for it, a customer needed it, or a manufacturer discontinued it and left owners with no obvious source. We supply:
We are not a marketplace. We do not dropship. Every order is picked from our own stock in Hampshire by staff who have physically handled the parts they are packing. Where a part is factory original, we say so; where it is a compatible equivalent, we say so — and we only sell compatibles that we have tested against the original in-house.
Where a customer isn't sure which part they need, we ask for the appliance's make, full model number and, if possible, a photo of the failed component. Our technical team then confirms compatibility before dispatch. This process — slower than a blind add-to-basket — is the single biggest reason we have very few returns and very many repeat customers.
