Highlands, islands & offshore

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands is available at cost. Timeframes typically add one to two working days. Exact pricing shown at checkout based on your postcode.

International delivery

We ship to most European countries, the Republic of Ireland and, on request, to selected non-EU destinations. International orders are dispatched with tracked courier services and typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch schedule

• Orders placed before 14:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 14:00 or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• We do not dispatch on public holidays. Bank holiday delays are shown on our home page during affected weeks.
• Some technical parts (control PCBs, motors) require a confirmation email before dispatch — this may add one working day.

Tracking and delivery notifications

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched. Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch at call@2-go.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund.
