12-month warranty on every part.

What is covered

Every part supplied by 2GO Limited is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of dispatch. If the part fails through manufacturing defect during that period we will, at our discretion, replace the part, repair the part or refund the purchase price in full.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, or by installation by an unqualified person where qualified installation was required.
• Damage caused by use in an appliance other than the one the part was supplied for.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
• Normal wear and tear (for example, brush bar bristles wearing down over normal use).
• Consequential losses — we cover the part, not the food that spoiled while a fridge was awaiting repair.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email call@2-go.co.uk with your order number, the model of the appliance, a description of the fault and, if possible, a photograph.
2. Our technical team will assess the claim and reply within one working day.
3. If accepted, we will arrange collection or reimburse return postage.
4. Replacement, repair or refund is dispatched within 5 working days of the returned part being received.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
