The terms on which we supply spare parts and accessories through this website.

2GO Limited (company no. 04665213), registered in England and Wales at 36A Station Road, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6JX, United Kingdom. VAT no. GB 812 8579 62.
These terms tell you who we are, how we will supply products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. Please read them carefully.
Placing an order through this website is an offer to purchase the goods. The contract is formed when we send you an order-confirmation email. We are not obliged to accept an order and may refuse for any reason including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is due at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you and either honour the correct price (if reasonable) or cancel the order and refund in full.
Delivery timeframes and charges are set out on our Delivery page. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 on the same working day. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for unused items in the original packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
All parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of dispatch (see Warranty). It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility of the part with the appliance; we are happy to assist on request, and where a part is supplied following our confirmation of compatibility we will accept a return without question if the confirmation was incorrect.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your legal rights as a consumer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damage to appliances caused by installation errors or by the use of an incorrect part. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order.
Where a part is described as "compatible", it is a non-original part manufactured to the same specification as the original manufacturer's part, sold as an alternative to the original. Use of a compatible part may affect the manufacturer's warranty on the appliance — if this is a concern, please order the original ("OEM") part.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If you have a complaint, please email call@2-go.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.
